Summary Bart’s City Life Saver (BCLS) is a voluntary organisation based at St. Bartholomew’s Hospital in the heart of the City of London, England.
It aims to reduce the number of premature and unnecessary sudden deaths resulting from heart attack, accidental injury and other life-threatening conditions, primarily through the education and training of the public, paramedical and medical practitioners in accordance with the UK and European Resuscitation Council guidelines.
