Castlerigg is perhaps the most atmospheric and dramatically sited of all British stone circles, with panoramic views and the mountains of Helvellyn and High Seat as a backdrop.
Before You Go On select dates throughout the summer, weather dependant, volunteers will be on site to give short talks to visitors and answer queries and questions visitors may have about the site. Parking : Limited parking is available at the site. Walking
