Woodbridge Farm has been home to Dorset Blue Vinny Cheese for more than 40 years. It's ran by Richard Davies & farms 270 Friesian dairy cows who produce the milk for the Dorset Blue Vinny cheese. Woodbridge Farm is the only producer of Dorset Blue Vinny cheese which was resurrected by Michael Davies in the early 1980s.
